Gordon is an innovative thinker and established executive with over 20 years of experience leading teams and achieving business goals. He is an expert in evaluating, creating, growing, and sustaining high performing teams. Gordon’s core competencies include strategy design and implementation, profit and loss (P&L) management, employee

coaching and development, expansion of strategic partnerships, and influence and working with legislative and regulatory policies.

Gordon has served as CEO and other executive positions in businesses and nonprofit organizations. His executive service includes leading an international research and development and software distribution company, where he traveled throughout Asia. He has also helped start and grow businesses in the Middle East. Before his efforts in business, Gordon was a high school principal in Washington State. Gordon has done consultative work for various entities, from lean startups to billion+ corporations, including nonprofits, entrepreneurs, and existing businesses. Some of his clients have been The Arc, Goodwill Industries, Savers, Inc., numerous small business enterprises, and various government entities, supporting their growth from niche departments to an overall strategy.

Gordon is fluent in English and Spanish and has a master’s degree from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University.
